家用电动护理床设计

摘要

在人口老龄化快速增长的今天，对护理行业有了越来越严格的要求，不仅要求护理床的质量可靠，还要求具有多功能化。家用电动护理床就是一款为此 需求而设计的医疗器械。

这款护理床是针对不能生活自理及行动不便的的人来设计的，该病床能够帮助病人坐起、屈膝、调高整床的高度。解决了在护理过程中的诸多不便，并解决了我国护理行业的困难，促进了护理医疗器械的发展。

本文首先基于人体工程学，进行了护理床总体方案的设计，根据相关标准及调研结果，制定了护理床的设计原则，功能要求及设计指标；完成了护理床本体的总体方案设计。

然后，采用自上而下的方法完成了护理床结构详细设计并给出了全套的设计图。主要包括总体框架、抬腿部件、抬背部件、整床升降等功能模块。

             Household electric nursing bed design

   Abstract

     In the rapidly growing aging population today, the nursing industry has increasingly stringent requirements, not only requires reliable quality care beds, but also requires a multifunctional. Household electric care bed is a demand for this purpose designed medical devices.

    This care bed can not take care of themselves and for mobility of people to design, the bed can help patients sit, knees, raise the whole bed height. Solved in the nursing process a lot of inconvenience, and solve the problems of the nursing profession, and promote the development of nursing medical devices.

  Firstly, based on ergonomics, conducted a nursing bed overall program design, according to the relevant standards and research results, developed a nursing bed design principles, functional requirements and design specifications; complete body care bed overall design.

  Then, using the top-down approach to complete the detailed design of the nursing bed structure and gives a full set of design drawings. Includes general framework leg parts, lift the back piece, the whole bed lifting and other functional modules.
