钻镗专用机床液压系统设计与PLC控制（设计说明书+液压缸装配图+液压原理图+PLC图）

摘要

近年来，可编程逻辑控制器技术发展极为迅速，厂商也推出了强大的新可编程控制器和各种特殊功能模块和通信网络设备，可编程序控制器成为一套微机技术、自动化技术、通信技术于一体的通用工业控制装置，已成为工业自动化的有力工具，已广泛应用于工业控制领域。

Boring lathe is a kind of high precision machine tool, mainly used for the machining of the workpiece on the precision of the hole. The axes of these holes are often required to be strictly horizontal or vertical, and the distance requirements are very accurate. These requirements are difficult to drill. Modular machine tool is used to deal with a large number of identical parts, especially the special processing equipment, special boring machine driven by three-phase asynchronous motor, motor model y100l-6 (1.5KW, 4a), one-way revolution. Technical personnel must grasp its processing technology process, the feed system uses hydraulic pressure, feed for improving work efficiency has entered a rapid entry and two kinds of fluctuations of trading time labor, by the hydraulic motor and the electromagnetic valve yv1-yv4 control transformation.
