某商用车整体式液压助力转向系统设计

 

汽车是一种性能要求高,负荷变化大的运输工具。转向系统作为影响汽车操纵稳定性、行驶安全性和驾驶舒适性的关键部分,更需要了解和掌握。转向器作为转向系统中最重要的组成部件,对它进行深入的研究便显得意义重大。

本文以某商用车为研究对象,首先根据需求及行业参考选取适当的转向器类型,再根据该商用车底盘数据计算设计转向器各零件,并建立各零件的三维实体模型。此后对转向系统其他部件进行了设计计算并逐一建立三维实体模型。此外,本文还对转向梯形进行了MATLAB优化设计并对摇臂进行了ANSYS有限元分析。最后,本文对液压助力转向系统各部件进行了设计计算并建立了三维实体模型。在完成上述工作后,对转向系统进行了CAD工程图的绘制,给出了重要零部件、转向器、液压助力元件等的工程图。

本文基于CATIA三维设计技术及MATLAB、ANSYS,对液压助力转向系统进行了全面的设计,对商用车液压助力转向系统的设计具有一定的参考价值。

A Commercial Integral Hydraulic Power Steering System Design

Abstract

Automobile is a transport machine with high-performance and variable loads. Steering system is the essential part which affects the automobile operation stability, the travel security and the driving comfortable and need to be understood and grasped. As the most important part of steering system, steering gear need to be studied importantly.

Taking a commercial for the study, according to the needs and industry reference firstly select the appropriate type of steering gear, steering and then calculate and design each part of the commercial vehicle chassis according to the data, and then establish a three-dimensional solid model of each part. Since then other parts of the steering system has been designed and calculated and establish a three-dimensional solid model one by one. In addition, the paper also carried a steering trapezoid MATLAB optimization design and rocker had ANSYS finite element analysis. Finally, the various components of the hydraulic power steering system has been designed and built to calculate the three-dimensional solid model.Upon completion of the above work, the steering system has been drawn CAD drawings, given the important parts, steering, hydraulic power components engineering drawings.

Based on CATIA three-dimensional design technology and MATLAB, ANSYS, hydraulic power steering system has been fully designed and has a certain reference value for the commercial vehicle hydraulic steering system design.
