摘要
土豆作为人们的主要食品之一，具有丰富的营养价值，人们在日常生活中，人们都会围绕土豆来做出各种不同的菜肴，例如炒菜，炖汤等等。而通过刀具切削土豆片会很麻烦，如果有能够对土豆进行自动挖掘的机械，那样在一定程度上会大大提高挖掘效率和质量。
该土豆挖掘机主要由机架、连接杆、摆臂、连接件、曲柄、抖动轮、挖掘铲、定位轴、地轮等等零部件组成。动力是通过拖拉机带动该土豆挖掘机在农田里面进行自动挖掘作业。该机效率高，产能好，适合批量挖掘土豆的场所。

Abstract
