摘     要

这篇毕业设计完成了施工图预算和施工组织设计两大部分。

施工图预算作为建筑工程造价的重要依据，是招标、投标、签订合同、工程施工管理和工程竣工决算的重要文件，对确保工程造价的准确度具有十分重要的意义。施工组织设计是建筑施工组织的核心，是对工程建设项目全过程的具体安排和构思设想。本文旨在对施工图预算的内容和编制进行研究，通过熟悉图纸以及图集和河南省定额，基本熟悉和了解工程的基本情况，根据工程量计算规则，按基础工程、土石方工程、混凝土工程、门窗工程、砌筑工程等工程顺序计算建筑部分工程量，套定额得出总造价，保证计算的准确合理。施工组织设计是本工程设计方案的纲领性文件，编制时对施工准备、项目施工总体部署、工程施工方法、工程质量保证措施、安全和文明施工措施等众多因素进行充分考虑，突出针对性科学性、适用性及科学性，并针对每个分部分项工程的质量要求、施工难易程度工期、结构特征和特点，编制出切实可行的施工方案，以顺利地指导施工完成本工程项目的建设。

Construction organization design is the programmatic document of this engineering design scheme, when compiling the construction preparation, construction overall arrangement, construction method, engineering quality assurance measures, safety and civilized construction measures, and many other factors in consideration, give prominence to the pertinence is scientific, applicability and scientificity, and according to the quality of each division subdivisional work requirements, degree of difficulty construction time limit for a project, the structure features and characteristics, develop the feasible construction schemes, in order to guide the construction successfully complete the construction of the project.
