煤矿矿井运输设备选型设计【设计说明书+CAD图纸+开题报告+任务书+翻译】

摘要

在矿井的生产中，矿井运输占有重要的地位。其中，矿用的采煤机，刮板运输机，胶带输送机，矿用电机车是井下运输中的核心设备，这些集机械、电子、液压于一体的器械的有机组合，大大增加的煤矿的运输、生产效率。而人们对于矿井运输设备的设计严格的追求最优，首先对具体煤矿的工作条件、产量、运输量进行精确的测量与计算，然后选择最符合要求的矿井运输设备的型号，以发挥其运输的最大效率，最小的经济投入。

本次设计的主要目的是根据自己具体所选的煤矿，选择合适的矿井运输设备（主要有刮板运输机、胶带输送机、矿用电机车），其中对刮板机运输机和胶带输送机的空重段承载量的计算，各点张力的计算，对与链与拖锟、滚筒刚度的校核组成了本次设计的核心内容。此次设计是对自己机械方面综合知识的测试与考验。

In the production of mineral well, the translation of mine stand in a very important point, the mineral use of adopt coal machine, pare off plank conveyance machine, the tape transport machine, the mineral use an electrical engineering car is the well descend a conveyance in of core equipments, these organic combination of apparatus which gather a machine, electronics, liquid to press at the integral whole, consumedly increment of coal mine of conveyance, produce efficiency.But people for mineral well conveyance equipments of design strict of pursue superior, first rightness concrete coal mine of work condition, yield, conveyance the quantity carry on precision of measure and calculation, then choice meet request most of mineral well conveyance equipments of model number, with exertive it conveyance of the biggest efficiency, minimum of economy devotion.

    Durig this time,the main purpose for design is according to oneself concrete choose of coal mine, choice accommodation of mineral well conveyance equipments main have already pared off plank conveyance machine, tape to transport machine, mineral to use an electrical engineering car, among them to the dead load segment which pare off trigger conveyance machine and tape to transport machine loading quantity of calculation, at all point tension of calculation, rightness and chain with dragged along Kun, roller just the school of the degree pit to constitute this time core contents for design.This time design is to oneself machine comprehensive knowledge of test and test.
