摘  要

    伴随着塑料工业的高速发展，塑料模具对人类的生活影响已经到了至关重要的地步，在我国从改革开放至今的不断探索中。我国的模具水平在最近十几年也得到了飞速的进步。

我受到了这方面的启示，所以准备自己设计关于电脑键盘的注射模具。从键盘模件的尺寸形状到注射机的型号，包括其中的浇注和冷却系统，我一一分析并且模拟出了整体的结构方，抓住重点设计进行分模，并且绘制了装配图和动定模图。

Abstract

   Along with the rapid development of plastic industry，mold effects the lifing of people more and more vast. China's mold levels in recent years have also gotten a lot of development .

   In this design process ，mainly design process on the computer keyboard .Analysis the shape and size pieces of the Plastic .Developed the overall structural designed of the mold, and selected the necessary injection machine model,design of the forming part of die、gating system and the cooling system as well as do part of the mold parting. Focus is on the design of the forming die and the mapping of the die assembly map and dynamic simulation model will map.w
